Red Barn Bakery in Irvington Is Baking a Variety of Pies for Thanksgiving; Many are Gluten-Free

Cakes and tarts are also on the menu. The deadline for pre-ordering is November 18 at 5 p.m.

The Red Barn Bakery in Irvington is offering a number of new and special items for Thanksgiving Day, November 26, 2015 including many gluten-free items. Orders need to be placed by 5 p.m. on Wednesday, November 18 for pick up on Thanksgiving Day from 7 a.m. to noon.

The menu includes pies, cakes, tarts, Kambucha/butternut squash soup with Shitake mushrooms, and fresh apple sauce and cranberry relish.

A limited supply of the same Thanksgiving goods will be available on November 26 for customers who did not pre-order but on a first-come, first-served basis, founder/baker Randell Dodge said.

  • Apple salted caramel crumb pie having apples with organic salted caramel on top — drizzled throughout and dark brown sugar crumb topping
