Red Hat on the River in Irvington Introduces Prix-Fixe 'Winter Special' Menu
Lunch is priced at $21 per person and dinner at $29 per person

A prix-fixe “Winter Special” Menu has been announced by Red Hat on the River in Irvington, NY.
A two-course lunch is priced at $21 per person on Monday and Tuesday; a three-course dinner is available on Sunday through Tuesday at $29 per person. Beverages, tax and tip are additional.
The starter choices are onion soup, an ingredient-loaded Red Hat Bistro Salad, or House-made Rillettes (a classic French duck and heirloom pork confit with many accompaniments and baguette toast).

Six entrees are offered on the menu:
- Prince Edward Island Mussels. “Moules Frites Aux Les Halles.” Steamed with garlic, wine and shallots. With frites.
- Grilled Scottish salmon. Braised rainbow Swiss chard, green lentils, Pommery mustard-herb-shallot vinaigrette.
- French-cut chicken breast. Served with a salad of Brussels sprouts, rice, sweet potato, quinoa, pine nuts and chutney.
- Short-rib bourguignon. Prime beef in burgundy and port wine, fingerling potatoes, onions, mushrooms and more.
- Red quinoa burger. Spinach, Shiitake mushrooms and other accompaniments. Toasted ciabatta or brioche roll.
- Red Hat burger. Maple smoked cheddar or blue cheese, pickles. Toasted ciabatta or brioche roll.
