One of the nicest events the town hosts each June is our Annual Senior Picnic. On Wednesday, June 5th (TODAY) 11-2pm at the Gerard J Byrne Center at AF Veteran park, Heatherdell Road the town will hold this years event. We have over 40 gift cards donated from local merchants to use as prizes for the Bingo Winners. If you are a senior and want more information about some of our exciting senior programs please contact Lynda Maranino, nutrition program director at 914 989= 1807 or Andrea Jacoby, Recreation Supervisor at 914-989-1822. The Town Board, at the request of seniors, will be including funding for a new bus to take seniors to shows and programs in our upcoming capital budget.
