Sexual Harassment Claims To Be Investigated At Greenburgh PD
The town of Greenburgh is going to hire an outside legal firm to look into the claims.

GREENBURGH, NY — A law firm will be engaged by the town of Greenburgh to investigate sexual harassment allegations in its police department.
The decision comes after a federal lawsuit filed against the department, along with an investigation by the Journal News, that said there was an altercation between two officers, one of whom called it a sexual assault, the Journal News reported.
Body camera footage from January 2019 shows two officers — Kristin Stein and Jeff Cerone — and others in the police department preparing for roll call.

Stein claimed there was a physical encounter when Cerone approached her, and while it occurred off screen, additional body camera footage shows her talking about what happened to two other officers, the Journal News reported.
