Site of Former Nursery to Become Assisted Living Facility in Greenburgh
The building has been vacant since 2004.

GREENBURGH, NY — The site of a former nursery that went out of business in 2004 was approved by the Greenburgh Town Board for a 101-unit assisted living facility.
Capital Seniors Housing entered into a $3.5 million agreement to purchase the Frank's Nursery site from the town in 2015, the Journal News said.
The developer will clean up the site under supervision of the state Department of Environmental Conservation, though the town will foot the bill.
