Sleepy Hollow Man Faces 2 Felony Drug Charges

Police said additional charges are pending.

SLEEPY HOLLOW, NY — The Sleepy Hollow Police Department and the Greenburgh Drug and Alcohol Task Force arrested a Sleepy Hollow resident on felony drug charges. Police said Ascencion A. Jimenez, 37, of Valley Street, was charged Nov. 17 with two counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, felonies.

Additional charges are pending, police said.

  • $11,883 in cash
  • 538 bags of heroin
  • 432 oxycodone pills
  • 94 doses of suboxone
  • A half pound of marijuana
  • A counterfeit Pennsylvania drivers license

Jimenez was arraigned in Sleepy Hollow Court and sent to the Westchester County Jail with no bail.

His next court appearance will be Nov. 20.
