Sleepy Hollow Sets Hearing On Edge-on-Hudson Phase III
The developers are seeking site plan approval for Phase III subdivision, roads and infrastructure.

SLEEPY HOLLOW, NY — The Planning Board of the Village of Sleepy Hollow will hold a public hearing Feb. 20 on the application submitted by Lighthouse Landing Communities LLC. The transformation of the former GM property continues.
Edge-on-Hudson is a mixed-use, transit-oriented development on the site of the former General Motors Assembly Plant. It is 25 miles north of New York City within walking distance of the Tarrytown and Philipse Manor Metro-North train stations.
The developers request Phase III preliminary subdivision and site plan approval for roads and infrastructure.

Department of Architecture, Land Use Development, Buildings and Building Compliance
during normal business hours.
