Sleepy Hollow's Horse-Drawn Carriage Rides Cancelled
Cold weather is the reason behind the cancellation.
SLEEPY HOLLOW, NY — The horse-drawn carriage rides scheduled for Friday have been cancelled for the animals’ safety and well-being.
Village officials said the extreme wind and cold weather were the causes.
However, there will still be cookies and milk and pictures with Santa Claus at Village Hall at 6 p.m.
