Tarrytown Board: Café Fees, Neperan Dog Run
A long-awaited Route 9 traffic light project may get the green light and other items on the Wednesday work session agenda.

- Set Special Meeting – Sale of Conqueror Hook and Ladder truck
The Village received two bids on the 1988 surplus truck and will likely sell it to the Sanford, Maine Fire Department for $25,000.
- Election Resolution
Election inspectors have been chosen for the village's 11 districts for the upcoming March 19 elections.

- Rezoning Petition
The rezoning petition is a request from several property owners facing North Washington Street whose properties are zoned multi-family that the Board consider rezoning them to restricted retail or general business as is the zoning on the properties surrounding them.
- Central Avenue Culvert
The Central Avenue storm water culvert project has sought bids for inspection of the remaining portion of the culvert.
- Fence Replacement – Neperan Road Pump Station
The village has received bids on work to replace the fence at the pump station, ranging in price from $17,240 to $25,180. Electrification of motor to open the gate received two bids for around $1,500 each.
- Sidewalk Café Fees
The village is discussing changing the way they calculate sidewalk cafe fees, which are currently $250 flat rate per cafe. They are comparing this to other area municipalities who charge set rates, rates based only on square footage of sidewalk space, or a mix of the two.
- Neperan Park
The board will discuss a resident's request for a dog run in the park.
- Shaft 10 Fuel Storage Tank
The village is discussing replacement of a 1,000 gallon underground fuel storage tank with an above ground at 401 Neperan Road. At 43 years, the tank is deemed long past its life span.
- Traffic Light Project – Route 9
A project proposal to ease traffic conditions around the intersection of I-87/287 and Route 9 may finally get the go-ahead now that the NYS DOT has found grant funding.
