The Board agreed to a month-to-month lease agreement with Metro-North for the parking lot south of the railroad station. During the construction of the station, the lot was taken out of service. This is a letter agreement for a month to month lease for the parking lot. The letter agreement is an interim agreement while a new updated lease is negotiated.

The Board moved the work session schedule for Oct. 31 (Halloween) to Oct. 30.

Bill payments were approved in the amount of $1.2 million.
