Teen Killed in Sleepy Hollow ID'd, Funeral Arrangements Set

The Sleepy Hollow teenager who apparently walked in front of a train Monday will be laid to rest Friday.

A spokeswoman for the Metropolitan Transportation Authority confirmed that Owen Kelly, 16, was killed at the Philipse Manor station around 2 p.m.

The Hudson Independent reported Kelly’s mother, Jen Kane Kelly, said that a celebration of Owen Kelly’s life would be held from 5 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Thursday at the Pocantico Hills Fire Hall, 531 Bedford Rd. in Tarrytown.

A funeral Mass will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Transfiguration Church.
