UPDATE: 16-Year-Old Killed By Train in Sleepy Hollow
By Monday night train service had returned to normal on the Hudson Line, according to the MTA.

A teenage boy was struck and killed by a Metro-North train in Philipse Manor Monday afternoon, according to news reports.
The boy was on the tracks at 1:30 p.m. when the southbound train hit him, killing him on the spot, Metropolitan Transit Authority officials told the New York Post.
The 16-year-old’s name was not released to the press, pending notification of his family. MTA officials told The Journal News the Sleepy Hollow resident had walked in front of the train.
