Thruway Exit Ramp To Be Closed Overnight Next Week

GREENBURGH, NY — The New York State Thruway Authority is advising motorists that the southbound I-87 exit 7A ramp (Saw Mill River Parkway - Taconic State Parkway) to the southbound Saw Mill River Parkway in Greenburgh will close overnight beginning Monday, March 7, through Wednesday, March 9.
The ramp will be closed from 11 p.m. until 5 a.m. the following day to facilitate maintenance activities.
Motorists should follow the posted detour to the southbound I-87 exit 8A ramp (Elmsford - NY Route 119 - Saw Mill River Parkway North), which will take them to the southbound Saw Mill River Parkway using Route 119 and Valley Avenue in Elmsford.

A Variable Message Sign will be activated ahead of the work zone to alert motorists of the closure and detour.
