Toll Bros. Selected To Build Edge-On-Hudson Phase 1
Phase 1 will include building more than 300 housing units, some of which will be affordable workforce and senior housing.

SLEEPY HOLLOW, NY — A transit-oriented mixed-use development is nearing its start date on the site of the former General Motors Assembly Plant in Sleepy Hollow. Edge-on-Hudson, a 70-acre site, is a joint venture of SunCal and Diversified Realty Advisors.
They announced that Toll Brothers signed to purchase and build out lots in Phase 1 of the project, according to builderonline.com.
Toll will construct more than 300 housing units, including 61 affordable workforce and senior housing units.
