Adam Tracey, 16 from Sleepy Hollow, played on the Long Island Royals and won the U16 Tier 1 National Championship this weekend in Buffalo. The Royals (60-7-3) defeated the Cleveland Barons, the Dallas Stars Elite, the Rhode Island Saints and the # 1 Chicago Mission on the way to the final.

They then defeated Dallas Elite in the final 5-1. Tracey contributed with 2 goals and 5 assists at the nationals. He finished the year with 31 goals and 24 assists.
Tracey is currently attending Iona Prep and will attend Berkshire Prep School in Mass. next year.
Birrittella Rocks
Sleepy Hollow's Annelise Birrittella scored seven goals for the Headless Horsemen in their 20-9 loss at Eastchester on Monday according to Yaron Weitzman's post on the LoHud Girls Lacrosse Blog.
