Trader Joe's Expansion OK'd By Greenburgh Town Board
A new free-standing building will be constructed as well.
GREENBURGH, NY — The Hartsdale Trader Joe’s will be allowed to expand on North Central Avenue after the Greenburgh Town Board approved an amended site plan application of Hampshire Management.
Trader Joe’s will expand by 4,000 square feet, according to information provided by Supervisor Paul Feiner.
In addition there will be a new free-standing 6,000-square-foot retail or medical office building in the parking lot behind Best Buy.

There will be no driveway constructed at North Washington Avenue and an additional 12,900-square-foot retail building was removed during the review process.
