6 Arrested In Major Long Island Drug Bust: Cops
More than two pounds of cocaine, worth tens of thousands of dollars, was found at a home, police say. See photos of all 6 people arrested.

Six people were arrested after a raid Wednesday at a Long Island home turned up more than two pounds of cocaine, various other drugs and more than $60,000 in cash, state police said.
State police, along with the Suffolk District Attorney’s Office, executed four search warrants in Suffolk County, including one at a home in Selden, following a "long-term narcotics investigation," police said.
A couple living at the home, 46-year-old Richard Figueroa and 51-year-old Joann Figueroa, were found to be in possession of more than a kilogram (2.2 pounds) of cocaine, more than 70 grams of crack cocaine and more than 300 grams of marijuana, as well as numerous Xanax and oxycodone pills, police said.

More than $60,000 in cash and multiple vehicles were also seized from the home, police said.
Police did not release the address of the home, but public records list 188 Dare Road in Selden as the address of Richard and Joann Figueroa. The home is directly across the street from Stagecoach Elementary School.

“This case is another example of the continuous effort of the State Police to stop the distribution of illegal drugs on Long Island," Major David Candelaria said "The State Police along with our law enforcement partners will continue to work to stop the flow of these illegal narcotics into our communities.”

Richard Figueroa is charged with first-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, second-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, second-degree conspiracy, two counts of second-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance, third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance and third-degree criminal possession.

Joann Figueroa is charged with first-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, second-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell and second-degree conspiracy.

Jeff Delvale, 47, of Bohemia, is charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, second-degree conspiracy and fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Wilfredo Colon, 56, of Patchogue, is charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and second-degree conspiracy.

Daniel Corey, 26, of Holbrook, is charged second-degree conspiracy, third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance and two counts of second-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance.

Angel Ortiz, 47, of Bellport, is charged with second-degree conspiracy.
