A Flag Day Ceremony at the LI State Veterans Home in Stony Brook will be held Wednesday, June 14th at 2:00 pm. A weeping cherry tree was planted in honor of, Nick Poulos, who was a veteran as well as a PAL and Ride For Life Rider.
Placement of a plaque in front of the tree will serve as a memorial to Mr. Poulos as well as all veterans who have so valiantly served our country. A prayer service and a presentation to follow.
