STONY BROOK, NY — Dim Sum Bloom has plans to open in its first Suffolk County location off North Country Road in Stony Brook soon, according to signage posted outside the venue.
Its signage describes it as the first Chinese restaurant to fully use stir-fry robots in New York.
The restaurant has another location on Long Island in Rockville Centre, and in New York City including Manhattan, Elmhurst, Whitestone, and Bayside, according to its Facebook page.
Patch has reached out for comment.
The restaurant's website states that it "blends tradition with innovation, bringing the best of both worlds to your table."
"Our handcrafted dim sum is made with care, preserving the warmth, authenticity, and delicate flavors of time-honored recipes," it states. "At the same time, our advanced automated wok system ensures every stir-fry is cooked to perfection—with consistent “wok robot” reliable quality, and fast service."
"Here, every bite captures the heart of tradition and the efficiency of modern dining, making each meal both memorable and satisfying," the page's description concludes.
