Becoming Champions At Arrowhead
Arrowhead Elementary School collaborated to create a project, "#thechampionproject."
THREE VILLAGE, NY - From Three Village Central School District: Under the leadership of special education teacher Marisa Castoro, Arrowhead Elementary School’s classes collaborated to create a project, “#thechampionproject.”
Seeking inspiration from the song “The Champion” by Carrie Underwood, the group created a wall collage of student work (writing and an acrostic poem) based on the song. The project is a great reflection of this year’s school theme of being one’s own champion, having a growth mindset and persevering despite any challenges.
