Casting for 24th Annual Port Jefferson Charles Dickens Festival

We are casting "Street Characters" for the 24th Annual Port Jefferson Charles Dickens Festival on December 7 & 8 in Port Jefferson. Adults, teens, and children needed for scripted and improv, some singing and dancing. No experience needed, non-equity. Non-performing volunteers are also needed.

The 2nd Informational Meeting and open Audition will be on Thursday August 22. Information from 7:00 - 8:00 PM and Auditions from 8:00 – 9:00 PM at The Port Jefferson Village Center, 101-A East Broadway, Port Jefferson, NY 11777

You have the option of joining us for a portion of the festival weekend or for the long haul for the rehearsals and scenes. Be prepared to read and sing a carol if you are interested in a role. Auditions will be ongoing for singers and improv. This is a great volunteer experience where children, teens, and adults can earn resume experience and community service!
