Chef Shares Trade Insight With Ward Melville HS Classes
Chef John Hesse of That Meetball Place in Patchogue advised students enrolled in Gourmet Foods classes at Ward Melville High School.
THREE VILLAGE, NY - From Three Village Central School District: Ward Melville High School Gourmet Foods classes in the Three Village Central School District learned about the restaurant business during a recent visit with chef John Hesse of That Meetball Place in Patchogue. During the visit, Hesse shared his recipe for making crepes. He showed students the proper technique for producing the batter and asked for student volunteers to demonstrate flipping a crepe. Students then got to try the delicious crepes stuffed with an apple raisin filling.
