Diabetes Self-Management Class

Learn to manage your diabetes in a nine-week course at Mather Hospital Thursdays from 5-6 pm beginning April 28. Topics include: What is Diabetes? Physical Activity & Exercise; Monitoring and Goal-Setting; Oral & Injectable Medications; Healthy Eating; Hypo and Hyperglycemia; Long-Term Complications; and Healthy Coping.
