'In Disturbing Pattern,' Wheatley Heights Man Had Sex With Underage Girls He Met On Snapchat: DA

It happened between December 2024 and June 2025 when he was using the handle, "k3mnyy," Suffolk DA says.

RIVERSIDE, NY — A Wheatley Heights man has been indicted for rape in connection with engaging in sexual acts with two 14-year-old girls he was in contact with over Snapchat between December 2024 and June 2025, District Attorney Ray Tierney said Wednesday.

Tierney said Kemuel St. Juste "used Snapchat to target and exploit" the girls.

“The charges detail a disturbing pattern of grooming and sexual assault against vulnerable minors, whom he is alleged to have manipulated," he said. "Our office is committed to ensuring that he is held fully accountable and that these young victims receive the justice they deserve.”

Patch has reached out to his defense attorney, Scottie Celestin, for comment.

In December 2024, the 26-year-old St. Juste, used the handle, “k3mnyy,” to “quick-add” a 14-year-

old girl on Snapchat, and on Dec. 27, 2024, they met at a TJ Maxx in South Setauket, where he had sexual intercourse with her in a bathroom at the store, prosecutors said.

Then, in early January 2025, he picked the girl up from her middle school and had sexual intercourse with her again in the backseat of his car, according to prosecutors.

On another occasion in January 2025, when the girl asked him to get a pregnancy test for her, he
tried to have her perform oral sex on him, and shortly thereafter, she told her
mother when she believed that she had become pregnant, prosecutors said.

In June 2025, St. Juste approached a different 14-year-old girl at Smith Point
County Park and asked her to add him on Snapchat using the same handle he previously used, and after she did so, he communicated with her, according to prosecutors.

On June 28, 2025, St. Juste and the girl met, and he drove her to a parking lot in Port Jefferson, where he had sex with her, and at the time, he knew the girl was just a sophomore in high school, prosecutors said.

In January 2026, the second girl made a report to the police, and when they investigated, they linked the report to the first that had been made, prosecutors said, adding that the use of the Snapchat username identified St. Juste, and he was placed under arrest, according to prosecutors.

He was charged with three counts of second-degree rape, one count of second-degree attempted rape, and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child, a misdemeanor.

He is due back in court on March 25.

Tierney's office is asking anyone who believes they or their child has been a victim of St. Juste, or recognizes the Snapchat handle “k3mnyy,” to contact Crime Stoppers' confidential tip line at 1-800-220-TIPS.
