Caroline Music School offers private lessons in voice, piano, organ, music theory and composition; as well as three new group classes in choir, elements of music, and film composition! Led by internationally renowned pianist and composer Andrei Romanov, students (all ages welcome!) will embark on a transformative journey, discovering the beauty of music through private or group sessions catered to their unique learning styles. SETAUKET, NY – A driver was injured after a car slammed into a wood retaining wall in Setauket late Saturday night. The single-car crash occurred at the intersection of Main Street and Old Coach Road just before midnight. The driver, who needed to be cut free from the car by Setauket firefighters, was taken to Stony Brook University Hospital. Join Indigo Goodson-Fields on a bird outing through the Jay Estate's newly designated New York State Birding Trail! Binoculars are not needed but if you have a pair, bring them (there will be a limited amount of shared binoculars available). All ages and experience levels are welcome. 
Indigo Goodson-Fields is a writer, poet, and birder based in Brooklyn. Her forthcoming book, entitled Essential Birding is an anthology about the importance of birding in the lives of Black birders across the U.S. and will be published by OR Books in fall 2026.
