Cooking Lessons With Guy Reuge

Mirabelle Restaurant at the Three Village Inn presents bi-monthly themed cooking courses titled “Cooking Lessons with Guy Reuge,” which will feature recipes to be compiled for a cookbook. 

The theme for January is the warm winter foods of Alsace.  Students will have two opportunities to catch the same class with the first lesson on Thursday, January 12 and Thursday, January 19 from 6:30 until 10 p.m.

The theme for February 2012 is the art of making sausage and pâté.  Students will have two opportunities to catch the same class with the first lesson on Thursday, February 9 and Thursday, February 23 from 6:30 until 10 p.m. 

The class includes wine and an informal tasting of the food that is prepared.  The cost is $85 per class or $320 for four classes.  Each three-hour class is limited to 25 people.  Early registration is recommended.
