Mirabelle Restaurant at the Three Village Inn (150 Main Street, Stony Brook, NY (631) 751-0555 www.threevillageinn.com) presents March’s themed “Between Seasons Cusine” as part of the “Cooking Lessons with Guy Reuge” series. The series is usually bi-monthly and features recipes to be compiled for a cookbook. March’s class will be held on Thursday, March 29 from 6:30 until 10 p.m.
The class includes wine and an informal tasting of the food that is prepared. The cost is $85 per class or $320 for four classes. Each three-hour class is limited to 25 people. Early registration is recommended.
