Gelinas Performers Honored by Music in the Parks

P.J. Gelinas Junior High School’s talented Vocal Vikings performance group was recently honored for their high scores at the 2014 Music in the Parks program.

During the event, which took place in the spring at Hershey Park in Pennsylvania, the Three Village Central School District ensemble received a perfect score and an award for best overall junior high choir. This December, the group was presented with The Overall Sweepstakes Award – an award presented to the highest scoring ensembles in each category during the entire season of the Music in the Parks competition.
