
For each person this means something different. In my experience it usually starts off with the conversation, “I want to lose weight” or “I have no energy”. I’ve come to realize that that is just the tip of the iceberg. Most people are unable or too afraid to reach deep inside and understand that that is surface healing. Physical symptoms. Healing your life means you need to look at all aspects of what you are experiencing. If you have inflammation, achy joints, fatigue, or are using alcohol or something else to make it through the day…You need to re-evaluate.
Who or what in your life is causing you stress or emotional distress to the point that you are manifesting physical symptoms to your emotions. This is the question you need to ask yourself. The answer then is attached to a feeling. What is that feeling? When you envision your future, what do you see? How does it feel? When my children were born I pictured a whole life with them, grown up, having children, being healthy, happy, productive. I knew I would feel fulfilled, I would feel love, I would feel peace and that all was right in my world. Then life happened….
We were derailed. And life felt awful. I was unable to see that future and especially unable to “feel” it. So what happened? My body started to rebel. Hives, weakness, fatigue, pain. Then I woke up and said “no way.” I took my own advice and did what it took to make lasting, healthy changes emotionally and the physical started to change.

Sunday when I spent time with my family (I call it Sunday Funday) I realized that I fully manifested the feelings and the vision I had had all those years ago. The life that I wanted, that I dreamed, and that I thought was gone, was right in front of my face. And we are well.
