If you are curious about when a dog owner will be held responsible for injuries and when they won’t, here is a link to my article which will tell you everything you need to know about the law in New York. You may be surprised to learn that dog owners are not responsible for all injuries caused by their dogs, even dog bites if their dog had not acted viciously before.
