New York's Highest Court Makes Us The Most Dog Friendly State
A recent decision by the New York Court of Appeals makes dog owners responsible for injuries under very limited situations.
In June of this year our highest court issued a very dog friendly decision concerning the liability of a dog owner when their dog causes injury to someone else.
