Police Seeking Pair Who Stole Snow Plows

SETAUKET, NY – Police are seeking the public’s help to identify and locate two people who they say stole snow plows from a business in Setauket in November.

According to police, the two people stole two BOSS snow plows from Island Aire located at 17 North Belle Meade Road on Nov. 14. The suspects were in a white Dodge pickup with no front license plate, black rims, a black bed cover, amber lights lining the roof and windshield, and damage to the passenger side rear wheel well.

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers offers a cash reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest. Anyone with information about this crime is asked to call anonymously to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS. All calls will be kept confidential.
