Suspect Swipes Goods From Target In South Setauket, Flees In White SUV: Police
The man swiped the goods from the Pond Path location at around 1:10 p.m., and bolted from the scene, Suffolk police say.
SOUTH SETAUKET, NY — Suffolk police are seeking the public’s help in identifying the suspect they say swiped around $85 worth of unspecified goods from Target in South Setauket on Sept. 1.
The man swiped the goods from the Pond Path location at around 1:10 p.m., and bolted from the scene in a white SUV, according to police.
In images from security video, the man can be seen wearing a black baseball cap and T-shirt.

The crime has been classified as petty larceny, according to a police news release.
