Caroline Music School 

Caroline Music School offers private lessons in voice, piano, organ, music theory and composition; as well as three new group classes in choir, elements of music, and film composition! Led by internationally renowned pianist and composer Andrei Romanov, students (all ages welcome!) will embark on a transformative journey, discovering the beauty of music through private or group sessions catered to their unique learning styles. Students will have opportunities to perform in concerts at Caroline Church and in New York City, collaborate with our teachers, and experience studio classes. An experimental film created by Jamie Nagel, a junior at Ward Melville High School, has been selected for this year's All American High School Film Festival, which will be held in New York City on Oct. 7. Jamie's film, "Youth," was based off a poem she wrote and will be screened in Times Square as part of the festival. Following the screening, Jamie will attend an awards ceremony and reception at the historical Kings Theatre in Brooklyn. Three Village student-filmmakers have been selected for this high honor for the past several years. Jamie created her film under the guidance of Ward Melville teacher Stephanie DiLorenzo.
