Ward Melville seniors named Commended Scholars
Three Village Central School District have been named Commended Students in the 2018 National Merit Scholarship Program.
From Three Village Central School District: Twenty-five Ward Melville High School seniors in the Three Village Central School District have been named Commended Students in the 2018 National Merit Scholarship Program.
Approximately 34,000 of the approximately 50,000 highest scorers were chosen for this honor based on their exception results on the 2016 PSAT/NMSQT results. These selected students received letters of commendation in recognition of their outstanding academic performance and, although they will not continue in the running for National Merit scholarships, they do have the chance to earn special scholarships sponsored by corporate businesses.
