Why Last Chance Animal Rescue is so Important...

Saving the lives of deserving animals every week of the year, and helping them find homes right here in Suffolk County.

About 3 years ago I began volunteering with my daughter for Last Chance Animal Rescue (www.LCARescue.org). I now lead adoption events weekly and act as Pro-bono counsel for Last Chance, so I see first hand the amazing difference that Last Chance makes in the lives of so many animals.
Recently, Last Chance rescued a pregnant mother dog named Peggy, from a high-kill shelter in South Carolina. No other rescue group stepped up for her, and she had little hope of living. Last Chance worked with Pilots and Paws to have Peggy flown to Long Island, where one of our amazing volunteer families agreed to foster Peggy and provide her with a warm, safe, clean home for her to give birth to her pups. On December 2nd Peggy gave birth to 5 sons (Jax, Rudy, Tucker, Duncan & Bond), and 1 daughter (Genna). Here are pictures of of Peggy and her pups, who are all here today due to the compassion and effort of Last Chance, which is a non-profit, volunteer based group of people that care and act. Please consider making a donation to Last Chance this holiday season, every dollar will go directly to help deserving animals like Peggy, and help to offset the cost of veterinary care. Last Chance can only continue to help these animals with the help of people like you who donate. Thank You, and Merry Christmas !
PLEASE SHARE TO HELP LAST CHANCE...
If you would like to learn more about volunteering or becoming a foster you can message me or call me at 631-495-9435, I would be happy to speak with you.
