UPPER EAST SIDE, NY — It was a busy week for the luxury real estate market on the Upper East Side, with 10 deals closing over the $4 million mark, according to the latest data from the Olshan Report.
The most expensive home on the Upper East Side sold this week was a co-op on Park Avenue that went for $9,250,000, the Olshan Report said.
The chart-topping co-op is located at 875 Park Ave., between East 77th Street and East 78th Street.
The duplex apartment, built in 1912, features six bedrooms, four bathrooms and one powder room, according to the listing.
The home has a lofty corner living room with city views and a gas-burning fireplace, and several walk-in closets, according ot the listing.
