UPPER EAST SIDE, NY — It was a busy week for the luxury real estate market on the Upper East Side, with 11 deals closing over the $4 million mark, according to the latest data from the Olshan Report.
The most expensive home on the Upper East Side sold this week was a co-op on Fifth Avenue, which closed at $15,250,000, the Olshan Report said. The sale is the second-most expensive sale in the borough this week, according to the report.
The chart-topping co-op is located at 993 Fifth Ave., between East 80th and East 81st streets.
The 12-room apartment spans the entire fourth floor of the building, which was built in 1930 and designed by Emory Roth. The apartment features expansive views of the Metropolitan Museum of Art, in-unit laundry, and a 24-hour doorman.
Here are the Upper East Side's top five contracts from May 4 to May 10.
