UPPER EAST SIDE, NY — It was a busy week for the luxury real estate market on the Upper East Side, with seven deals closing over the $4 million mark, according to the latest data from the Olshan Report.
The most expensive home on the Upper East Side sold this week was a pre-war co-op that closed at $22,600,000, the Olshan Report said.
The seven-bedroom, eight-and-a-half bathroom duplex apartment is located at 730 Park Ave.
Features include a 21-foot double-height living room with a wood-burning fireplace, a butler's pantry, a climate-controlled wine room, a private elevator, and a sculptural cantilevered limestone staircase.
