$11.5M Co-op Tops UES Luxury Real Estate Deals

UPPER EAST SIDE, NY — It was a busy week for the luxury real estate market on the Upper East Side, with nine deals closing over the $4 million mark, according to the latest data from the Olshan Report.

The most expensive home in the neighborhood that sold this week was a co-op on the Upper East Side that closed at $11,500,000, the Olshan Report said.

The four-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bathroom apartment is located at 1107 Fifth Avenue between East 91st Street and East 92nd Street.

Features include 10-foot ceilings, a formal library, pre-war details and Central Park views.
