UPPER EAST SIDE, NY — It was a busy week for the luxury real estate market on the Upper East Side, with 10 deals closing over the $4 million mark, according to the latest data from the Olshan Report.
The most expensive home in the neighborhood that sold this week was a condo on the Upper East Side that closed at $21,175,000, the Olshan Report said.
The five-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bathroom apartment is located at 1122 Madison Ave. between East 83rd Street and East 84th Street.
Features include a formal dining room, a great room, a library and an eat-in kitchen.
Designed by Studio Sofield, the building sits one block from Central Park and comprises 26 condo residences spread across 22 floors, in addition to a fitness center, which includes a squash court, a steam room, a cold plunge and a sauna. The building also includes a playroom, a billiards room, a bar and a dining room.
