$7.9M Townhouse Tops UES Luxury Real Estate Deals

UPPER EAST SIDE, NY — It was a busy week for the luxury real estate market on the Upper East Side, with 10 deals closing over the $4 million mark, according to the latest data from the Olshan Report.

The most expensive home in the neighborhood that sold this week was a townhouse on the Upper East Side that closed at $7,995,000, the Olshan Report said.

The three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom townhouse is located at 36 East 73rd Street between Park Avenue and Madison Avenue.

The townhouse features two full-floor apartments, as well as a storefront on the first floor and an outdoor garden and terrace.
