UPPER EAST SIDE, NY — It was a busy week for the luxury real estate market on the Upper East Side, with five contracts signed worth over $4 million, according to the latest data from the Olshan Report.
The most expensive home in the neighborhood that went into contract this week was a duplex condo that went into contract at $8,950,000, the Olshan Report said.
The six-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bathroom apartment is on East 72nd Street between York and First avenues.
Features include five balconies, a terrace, a formal living room and dining room, a dramatic curved steel staircase, and spa-like bathrooms with soaking tubs and dual dressing rooms.
