UPPER EAST SIDE, NY — The most expensive home in Manhattan that went under contract this week was a townhouse on the Upper East Side that closed at $13,995,000, according to the latest data from the Olshan Report.

The 5-bedroom, 3-and-a-half-bathroom apartment is on East 81st Street between Park and Lexington avenues.

Features include an elevator, a garden, roof terraces, and 12-foot ceilings.
