UPPER EAST SIDE, NY — It was a busy week for the luxury real estate market on the Upper East Side, with 10 contracts signed worth over $4 million, according to the latest data from the Olshan Report.
The most expensive home in the neighborhood that went under contract this week was a condo that closed at $18,500,000, the Olshan Report said. It was the second-highest residential contract signed this week citywide.
The 5-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bathroom apartment is on Fifth Avenue near East 80th Street.
Features include corner views of the Metropolitan Museum of Art and Central Park, a private elevator landing, limestone fireplaces, an oversized dining room, custom closets and a chef's kitchen with Miele appliances.
