UPPER EAST SIDE, NY — It was a busy week for the luxury real estate market on the Upper East Side, with six contracts signed worth over $4 million, according to the latest data from the Olshan Report.
The most expensive home in the neighborhood that went into contract this week was a condo that sold for $6,200,000, the Olshan Report said.
The three-bedroom, three-bathroom apartment is on East 65th Street between Lexington and Third avenues.
Features include a private terrace, a chef's kitchen, closet space and built-in wardrobes, skyline views from oversized windows with northern, western and eastern exposure, and a herringbone-floored gallery.
Here are the Upper East Side's top contracts from Aug. 31 to Sept. 6.
