UPPER EAST SIDE, NY — It was a busy week for the luxury real estate market in New York City, with 18 contracts signed worth over $4 million, including four on the Upper East Side, according to the latest data from the Olshan Report.
The most expensive home in the city that went under contract this week was a maisonette that closed at $22,500,000 on the Upper East Side, the Olshan Report said.
The four-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bathroom apartment is on East 70th Street between Fifth and Madison avenues.
Features include a private entrance, 11-foot ceilings, an eat-in kitchen with Calcutta marble and a formal dining room, a sweeping staircase, a library and a 30-foot great room.
