UPPER EAST SIDE, NY — It was a busy week for the luxury real estate market on the Upper East Side, with 11 contracts signed worth over $4 million, according to the latest data from the Olshan Report.
The most expensive home in the neighborhood that went into contract this week was a condo went into contract while asking $7,900,000, the Olshan Report said.
The five-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bathroom apartment is on East 95th Street between Second and Third avenues.
Features include a formal gallery, an eat-in kitchen, an expansive living and dining room, as well as south-, east- and west-facing exposures with open views of the city and East River.
The building includes amenities like an indoor, heated swimming pool, Finnish saunas, a "sound lounge" designed by Lenny Kravitz, a children's playroom, a billiards room, and doormen.
