UPPER EAST SIDE, NY — The landmarked Lenox Hill home of President Donald Trump's deceased brother Robert has sold after several years on the market, according to city records.
The duplex pre-war co-op, located at 131 East 66th St., on the corner of Lexington Avenue, was bought for $1.9 million, according to a deed first reported by Crain's New York Business.
The building, known as The Studio Building, was built in 1907 by Charles Platt and designated as an individual landmark in 1970 for its unique Italian Renaissance design and limestone facade, according to the Landmarks Preservation Commission.
Robert Trump, who died in August of 2020, at age 71, owned the duplex apartment that spanned the eighth and ninth floors of the 11-story building.
Inside, the apartment has 4,593 square feet of living space, according to the StreetEasy listing.
The apartment was first on the market for $4.25 million when it was first listed in 2023, according to StreetEasy.
The apartment boasts four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a kitchen and dining room, and a separate living room with double-height ceilings. It was sold in "white box condition," according to the listing.
