I'm Liana Giangiulio, a seasoned personal trainer with a proven track record of helping clients smash their fitness goals. As a 4'11” tiny but mighty powerhouse I’ve placed in Strongman competitions and actively pursue powerlifting, so I bring a disciplined and focused mindset to all my training sessions and programming. I’ve served over 200 individuals - men and women ages 20 to 60+ - with their aesthetic, strength, sport-specific, and pain management goals.
