UPDATE: Lost Upper East Side Dog Returned to Owner
Police found the lost dog on 77th Street and 1st Avenue.
It's Take Your Dog to Work Day, so naturally officers from the 19th Precinct recovered a lost dog Friday morning in the Upper East Side.
But there's good news. The pup, a shiba inu named Osito, was returned to its owner, police said. The dog had been picked up by police near 77th Street and 1st Avenue, police said.
